Connie Arrese is a trial paralegal with more than 25 years of paralegal experience at state, federal and appellate levels.

She assists attorneys with all aspects of case management, from inception to trial, in matters involving complex commercial litigation and business disputes for major corporations, construction and utility companies, financial institutions and insurance companies. Ms. Arrese also has experience assisting in the areas of professional liability, products liability, aviation defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, bankruptcy and family law.

Professional Background

Ms. Arrese joined Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in April 2011. Previously she was for four years a paralegal at Yoss LLP. Ms. Arrese began her career in 1985 as a paralegal and assistant to Scott Margules, P.A. In 1991 she became office manager and paralegal at Hoffman & Hoffman. In 1998 she shifted to Robles & Gonzalez, as assistant to Ervin A. Gonzalez, and in 2000 she moved to Katz, Brarron, Squitero & Faust as paralegal to Todd Boyd. Ms. Arrese was also a paralegal from 2005 to 2006 with Murai, Wald, Bkiondo, Moreno & Brochin, before joining Yoss LLP in 2007.

Prior to her paralegal career, Ms. Arrese was a human resources benefits coordinator for an insurance group in Miami.

She is a licensed real estate sales associate and a Florida Notary Public.
