Brent Kettelkamp is a litigation attorney and focuses his practice in the areas of business, commercial, real estate, and insurance coverage litigation. He also has experience in construction, professional liability, and employment disputes. Mr. Kettelkamp is involved in all phases of the litigation process including preparing pleadings, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing dispositive motions, arguing motions, and preparing appellate briefs.

Professional Background

Prior to joining Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in July 2015, Mr. Kettelkamp was a law clerk and associate at a litigation firm in St. Paul, Minnesota. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Kettelkamp was a business consultant at a national bank where he gained experience in compliance matters. During law school, Mr. Kettelkamp participated in the Rosalie Wahl Moot Court Competition and was a member of the Negotiation Competition Team. He was a member of the Dean's List and received CALI Awards in Constitutional Law and Intellectual Property Law.
