Benjamin Muschel focuses his practice in insurance services, with particular emphasis on insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Muschel is involved in all phases of the litigation process, including research, coverage opinions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances.

Professional Background

Prior to joining Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in June 2016, Mr. Muschel was an associate at Pett Furman, PL in Boca Raton.  During law school, Mr. Muschel interned with Judge Robin Rosenbaum of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, served as a law clerk at the United States Attorney's Office, was a Dean’s Fellow with the school's Academic Achievement Program, and worked as a research assistant to one of his professors. He began his legal career as a paralegal at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in New York and as a summer associate at K&L Gates in Miami.
