Alyssa Campbell focuses her practice in business and commercial transactions in a number of areas. She handles real estate financings and corporate mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Campbell is very experienced in the formation of businesses, and she assists with the preparation of corporate bylaws, corporate registration, stock distribution, director's consent, subscription letters and all related corporate formation documents. She also has a transactional intellectual property practice, in which she prepares documents such as media licensing and independent contractor agreements, and end-user terms and conditions. She has an ongoing interest in the implementation of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act.

Professional Background

Prior to joining Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, Ms. Campbell was an associate in a New York firm.

During law school, Ms. Campbell worked as a research assistant to Professor Danya Reda and also to Professor Ryan Bubb, and as an intellectual property research assistant to Professor Dotan Oliar. She was also a teaching assistant for the “Law, Business and Society” class at NYU's Stern School of Business. Ms. Campbell was a summer associate in a New York firm, and also served as a legal intern with New York's Financial Industry Regulation Authority.

In addition to her other law school accomplishments, Ms. Campbell was named as a Scholar in the Mitchell Jacobson Leadership Program in Law and Business.


Alyssa is an avid sailor and also enjoys downhill skiing, long-distance swimming and competing in triathlons.
