Anthony Ficarelli was interviewed by WLS-TV ABC Chicago on January 4 to comment on the mediation session between Zion-Benton High School teachers and the district. The segment entitled,
"Zion-Benton HS Teachers Threaten to Strike" aired during the 10:00 o'clock evening news. Mr. Ficarelli, who is the district's lawyer and chief negotiator, was also quoted in a follow-up piece entitled,
"Zion-Benton District Teachers on Strike," which appeared on ABC's local news website the following day.
