Ashley L. Narsutis

Practice Focus
Ashley Narsutis is a corporate attorney experienced in handling bankruptcy and creditor’s rights matters, business transactions and commercial contracts. Her practice also includes a focus on intellectual property law, corporate planning and assisting franchise operations in a variety of transactional and operational matters.
Professional Background
Ms. Narsutis joined Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in May 2005 as an associate in the firm’s St. Louis office, moving to the San Francisco office in February 2011. Previously she was an associate with the St. Louis law firm of Lashly & Baer, P.C.

During law school, Ms. Narsutis was an intern with the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office in Forth Worth, Texas. She also worked as a legal research assistant for the University of Iowa Department of Family Medicine.

As part of her legal education, Ms. Narsutis studied extensively overseas. She served a British legal externship as a barrister pupil at the London Law Consortium during the Spring of 2002. In 2001 she participated in both the University of Iowa – Bordeaux Law Program in Arcachon, France, where she studied international and European Union law, and the University of San Diego/Université de Paris Institute where she studied international and comparative law. She also attended the Sorbonne in Paris during her undergraduate studies.

Ms. Narsutis is proficient in French.

She is a member of the American Bar Association, The Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Texas Bar Association.
