Todd Young Named Co-Regional Director of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP’s Chicago Metro Transactions Region

CHICAGO; CRYSTAL LAKE, ILL.; JOLIET, ILL.; LISLE, ILL.; ROCKFORD, ILL.; SCHERERVILLE, IND.  Todd M. Young, a Partner in the Chicago office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, has been named a Co-Regional Director for the firm’s Chicago Metro Transactions Region. Hinshaw’s Chicago Metro Transactions Region includes transactional attorneys in the firm’s offices in Chicago, Crystal Lake, Joliet, Lisle, Rockford and Northwest Indiana.

As Co-Regional Director, Mr. Young will serve a critical management role within the firm, ensuring that the Chicago, Crystal Lake, Joliet, Lisle, Rockford and Northwest Indiana offices provide high-quality representation to clients and contribute to Hinshaw’s financial success. Mr. Young is currently also a member of the firm's Executive Committee.

Mr. Young focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities law, loan and financing transactions, and contract negotiation. His financing work includes a particular focus on representing lenders in ESOP loan transactions ranging from an aggregate of $20 million to $150 million. Mr. Young also represents purchasers and sellers in a wide variety of complex acquisition and disposition transactions; counsels companies on day-to-day corporate governance issues; assists overseas corporations in the purchase and sale of U.S. entities; and represents issuers in private offerings of securities.
