BOSTON; NEW YORK CITY ― Bradford R. Carver, a Partner in the Boston office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, has been named Regional Director for the firm’s Northeast Region. Hinshaw’s Northeast Region includes the firm’s offices in Boston and New York City.
As Regional Director, Mr. Carver will serve a critical management role within the firm, ensuring that the Boston and New York City offices provide high-quality representation to clients and contribute to Hinshaw’s financial success. Mr. Carver currently also serves as the Partner-in-Charge of Hinshaw’s Boston office, which he opened in 2005. He is also a member of the firm’s Management Committee.

Mr. Carver is an experienced trial lawyer with a particular emphasis on surety, fidelity and construction litigation. He began his legal practice in 1980 as an attorney in the surety department of Travelers Indemnity Company. Mr. Carver is also experienced in handling bankruptcy and a wide variety of commercial litigation matters.
