LOS ANGELES ― Wendy Chang, a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, has been appointed to the State Bar of California's Standing Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct (COPRAC). The three-year appointment became effective on September 13, 2009, at the close of the State Bar's 2009 annual meeting.

COPRAC's primary charge is the development and issuance of advisory ethics opinions to assist attorneys in understanding their professional responsibilities under the California Rules of Professional Conduct.
